What is Fascial Stretch Therapy™
and SRT Soft Stretch Release Technique?
Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST) is a unique, table-based assisted stretching system that targets the fascia—connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs—to relieve stress and tension. At Fascia Stretching AMS, we personalize joint care by integrating FST with Soft Stretch Release Technique (SRT).
FST enhances flexibility, range of motion, and posture while reducing stress. SRT uses gentle, supported movements to address specific tension areas, releasing adhesions and correcting imbalances for long-term joint health.
Our combined approach benefits both athletes and non-athletes by reducing soreness, improving flexibility, and promoting relaxation. Contact us today to book your session!
How a Session Looks: Personalized Assessment
During your Initial Structural Assessment, each session is designed around the individual in front of me. My approach is comprehensive and tailored—no rushed, template-based appointments. This 75-minute assessment isn't merely focused on stretching; instead, it includes a thorough evaluation of posture, asymmetries, joint integrity, and compensation patterns. This ensures that we address the unique needs of your body effectively.
In follow-up sessions, each lasting 70 minutes, we will reassess and focus on targeted interventions, allowing your nervous system the time it needs for relaxation and recalibration. I’ve built in a 30-minute buffer between clients to ensure that no one feels rushed. This creates a nurturing space for proper integration, ensuring you leave feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
FST™ is a complete system that has been utilized successfully in medical, fitness, and sports facilities all over the world – leading to improvements in pain management, rehabilitation, and functional training.
*According to 2017 Fascial Stretch Therapy research, ranges between 31% and 57% improvement after 1-3 treatments were measured compared to pre-treatment time point.
